    Peter Matwiczyk is a senior partner at Matwiczyk & Brown, LLP and has been practicing law in the state of Florida for over thirty years.  He holds an advanced degree in Taxation and is admitted to the United States Tax Court.  The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education certifies Mr. Matwiczyk in estate planning and probate law.  Mr. Matwiczyk has been a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel ("ACTEC") since 1992.  He has been a member of the ACTEC Fiduciary Litigation Committee since 1995 and also currently serves as a member of the ACTEC Professional Standards Committee.

    Brad Henry

    Brad Henry is an associate at Matwiczyk & Brown, LLP. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2008. Although a native of West Palm Beach, he attended Hampden-Sydney College, graduating summa cum laude, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, and later pursued a degree in theology at Duke University (cum laude).

    Mr. Henry concentrates in several areas of practice:
